PAYMENT POLICY
✒︎ At this moment we accept PayPal, you can pay with your credit/debit card or bank account.
Keep in mind that e-checks/bank account payments take longer to clear (About 3 business days) and files are only sent when payment is cleared.
✒︎ We also have Zelle, so we can arrange a bank deposit. Just contact us to complete order using this payment method.
DELIVERING POLICY - NO PHYSICAL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED
You receive a digital file, delivered to your email, no physical items are shipped.
TURNAROUND is 1 Business day, therefore:
ORDERS MADE ON - WILL BE SENT
Monday to Thursday ⇢ Within 1 BUSINESS DAY
Friday / Saturday ⇢ Monday
Sunday ⇢ By Tuesday morning
Holiday ⇢ 1 business day
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In order to have the best turnaround possible we always try to work on your order as soon as it comes in, once we start working on it no cancellation, exchange or refund is possible.
✒︎ You can change the design or item purchased as long as we haven't work on it, price has to be same/lower, no refunds will be made. You are able to make an additional payment if your new item exceeds the original order price. Once I have work in your order NO EXCHANGES are possible without an additional fee or new order.
✒︎ You can cancel your order if we haven't work on it. Please contact us requesting your cancellation as soon as possible.
ITEM DESCRIPTION
✒︎ We expect and assume you read the item description and ordering tab of the item you want to purchase, so you, the costumer, are aware exactly what you are ordering and all specifications for the item and delivery.
✒︎ We are always available to answer any question you have if something is not clear to you before ordering.

REVISION ROUNDS
✒︎ You are allowed to have up to two (2) rounds of revisions within 14days, one revision round means Text change/addition.
✒︎ Revisions DO NOT include:
Size change once I've start working on it.
Design change (Images, Colors, Fonts)
Trying Additional Photos
Change on date
Change on time: more than 1 hour difference from original
We use the photos you send us ONLY to customize your file, we value your privacy, once order is sent, files are saved only for 14days, in case you need to make any changes, then all files are erased.
✒︎ You can try UP TO TWO (2) photos with your invitation/thank you card. If you want to try more than two there is an additional fee.
✒︎ There are many cell phones that take pictures that are good enough for printing, although is always better to use photos taken by a camera when possible.
I’ll let you know if I notice your photo won’t have a good resolution when printing but is not my responsibility to ensure good printing quality of the photos you send.
✒︎ Please don’t crop photos before sending, it may be harder to make them look nice on file.
✒︎ We brighten photos and turn them into B&W if needed but we do NOT make photo editing that change the photo (i.e. background changes, apply filters). Photoshop work is available at an additional fee.
WHEN PRINTING AND DOWNLOADING
Most cell phones reduce the size of files due to space capability, it means your files will have a lower resolution and may print poorly when you use a cell phone or tablet to download them. Try to use a computer when manipulating files.
✒︎ Instructions for printing are sent with each file.
✒︎ We do not send files to printing vendors.
✒︎ Printing is solely YOUR responsibility, please keep in mind that there are some printing vendors like FedEx and OfficeDepot that refuse to print invitations with disney characters, but there are many others that do like Walmart, Walgreeens, CVS, UPS or many sites online (Vistaprint, Shuttefly, MPIX, Overnight Prints).
✒︎ If you are using Vistaprint or Mpix please ask for a file with bleeds, it has no additional fee.
✒︎ Files should print as seen on screen (Colors may vary) if not there is a printing issue (Printer settings) or downloading issue.
TEMPLATES
All items should be customized/personalized by us. Unless listing specifically states item goes blank or without customization. (Instant downloads)
If you want to have your item without customization you should first ask BEFORE ordering.
USE OF FILES
All files are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Do NOT re-sell or claim as your own work. Do NOT upload images sent to you to another website or blog for commercial use.
USE OF IMAGES
We do not claim ownership of the characters used in the design. All characters are free and are not being sold. You pay for my for my creative and personalizing services. All copyrights and/or trademarks remain with its respective parties.
