CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For digital files
In order to have the best turnaround possible we always try to work on your order as soon as it comes in, once we start working on it no cancellation, exchange or refund is possible for digital files.
โ๏ธ You can change the design or item purchased as long as we haven't work on it, price has to be same/lower, no refunds will be made. You are able to make an additional payment if your new item exceeds the original order price. Once I have work in your order NO EXCHANGES are possible without an additional fee or new order.
โ๏ธ You can cancel your order if we haven't work on it. Please contact us requesting your cancellation as soon as possible.
For printed items
โ๏ธ If your printed items arrive damaged, please notify us within 2 days of receipt. To qualify for a refund or replacement, kindly provide clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. Once we receive your claim, we will review it and process your refund or replacement within 3-5 business days.
Please note that we cannot issue refunds for items that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery. Thank you for your understanding!
